Enhanced Telecommunications, Inc. was founded in 1992 to provide BSS/ OSS software solutions for the converging broadband technologies of television, telephone and internet communications.
The Company launched its first product in 1993, and now has an extensive array of products for the control and management of broadband technologies. These products aid customer service representatives and technical service personnel in assigning and tracking subscriber services, and automating the delivery of services so they can be activated within seconds of ordering. Our products reduce the manpower required for order processing while dramatically improving the quality of services provided and furnish the necessary reporting essential to management and to network service providers.
The key employees of the Company have extensive experience in software development and system design with companies such as Cisco, Alcatel, Microsoft and Motorola in the fields of cable TV, telephone and satellite communications. ETI’s products are developed in Linux and Windows operating environments and are scalable enough to operate in either small or large systems ranging in size from thousands to millions of subscribers.
ETI has over 150 systems installed and operating at telephone companies, utilities, municipalities and cable TV companies worldwide. Those systems provide triple play services to millions of subscribers.
Although Company personnel enjoy the development of leading-edge high-technology products, the primary goal at ETI is to provide outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction. Customer service takes priority over all other activities at ETI and teamwork is emphasized at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction. Over 98% of ETI customers retain ETI services through recurring support agreements.
